STABU 16
The rental house on Stabu street 16, Riga, was built in 1910. It is part of the UNESCO heritage in Riga. The house was created by architect Oscar Bart (1848 - 1914). His specialty was eclecticism and Art Nouveau.
ABOUT
Stabu Iela 16 is now again in the family. In honour of the family dynasty's founder, the Latvian company that operates the building is named Appeltofft Invest.
Appeltofft Invest today is a real estate company operating in Latvia. The company is owned in turn by a Swedish family business - limited liability company Jäskaret AB.
